My name is Dan Cubitt and I’m a builder from North Walsham, Norfolk.
I’m a good builder but sometimes I can’t help myself and I’ve been known to involve a company called Sure Group of Norwich.
Sure Group and Ben Craske are not the best when it comes to honesty… more to follow.
Think before you book my services… I’ve been asked to highlight my mistakes which I will do for one of my very disappointed customers I encouraged to use Sure Group of Norwich.
Problems included:
Windows not opening, irregular spacing around the window casements, seals not keeping the wind out, buckled hinges, door not closing without force, door frame not aligning with door, scratched window panes, no beading fitted, dirty windows not cleaned of gunk, gaps in window beads…. the list goes on and on. Then there was the price and the promise – FRAUD!
With a lack of meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, we create spaces that inspire, elevate, and enrich the lives until soon after our customers take final delivery of our work, then we do get many complaints… sometimes we actually rectify the issues but not all the time.
Some of our customer reviews to follow…
Images of our work will also be featured here without the need to use artificial intelligence.
